We are looking for 3 Triage Case Workers (2 x Swansea and 1 x Cardiff) and a Finance Officer (based in Cardiff).

The Roles:

  • 18-25 Triage Case Worker (2x Swansea and 1x Cardiff)

Your role will be to work in a team directly with young adults aged 18-24 who have been arrested for low level offences in the Swansea Bay area. The primary aim of the role is to reduce the risk of re-offending through delivering bespoke interventions to challenge and support young adults.

This will involve screening and assessing young people in Swansea Central Police Station to assess their suitability for the project as well as gaining an understanding of young adult support needs. You will also be supporting young adults to take part in restorative justice, which aims to repair any harm caused to the victims of their crime. This role is highly challenging, demanding but equally rewarding.

Pay Scale: £19,000 - £23,000

  • Finance Officer (based in Cardiff)

Your role will be to oversee all daily financial transactions including the issuing and payment of invoices, petty cash payments, monthly payroll and assisting the Director with financial reporting. You will be proficient in the use of Sage accountancy payroll software and other relevant computer software.

Pay Scale: £18,000 - £20,000
